Help

This page is the main support entry point for TopicFollow. It explains how to get started, where to look when reporting seems limited, and which page answers the next question most directly.

Getting started

How to begin using TopicFollow

Start with search when you already know the topic you want to follow. Start from the homepage when you want to enter through the current lead topic or scan what the product is tracking right now.

The most important reading path is usually: search the topic, open the timeline, then use source views to understand which outlets are shaping the topic.

Available content

Why some pages may show limited or unavailable content

Some pages may show less reporting, unavailable states, or shorter topic timelines when source reporting is limited, when content is still being processed, or when a source or route is temporarily unavailable.

When that happens, TopicFollow is designed to show those limits clearly so readers can understand what is available instead of guessing at missing context.

Where to look next

Which page answers which question

Open the About page if you want the product overview, Scope & Method if you want to understand content boundaries, and FAQ if you want short answers to common reader questions.

Open the feedback center when you want to send content feedback, report a likely error, or suggest a new topic.

Requests

How to request a new topic

If search does not surface the topic you need, use the topic request flow to submit a new tracking request.

Topic requests help TopicFollow understand which ongoing topics users want to follow. Providing a clear topic name and a short description makes review faster and improves tracking quality.

Accounts

Account, login, and password help

Users can sign in with username and password or with Google when that provider is configured. Settings allow profile edits, password creation or change, and account deletion.

If you are having trouble accessing your account, updating your profile, or understanding sign-in behavior, contact support and include the account email or username associated with the issue.

Support contact

Feedback and support

The feedback center is the main place to send product feedback, content feedback, account issues, and new topic requests.

The clearer the page, topic, source link, and issue description, the easier it is to review and respond.

The current support address is support@topicfollow.com. If the issue is privacy-related, use the privacy channel or label the request clearly.
